Chard' MMXIX

In Alsace, Chardonnay is only allowed to be bottled as Crémant. That's a shame, thought Charles Baur, and invented Chard—there's nothing more to the "secret" than, of course, the fine art of winemaking.
Only a hint of pear skin rises from the glass, but on the palate it is rich in bright pear and apple flavors, harmoniously supported by citrus freshness.
Concentrated, juicy, clear, even a bit mineral—tastes like more! Aged on the lees for 9 months."
