This wonderful wine from the Donaci wine cooperative—our bestseller from the heel of the boot—is the result of a clever combination of the three most important grape varieties of Salento: Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Malvasia.
Aromas of cherries, blackberries and plums rise from the glass, with a hint of sherry mingling in, and in the mouth it unfolds a spicy-fruity volume supported by strong tannins.
Aged in barrels for 12 months, then matured in bottle for another year - a delight with or without food!
