The grapes ripen on calcareous soils at an altitude of 900 meters, and the wine ages in French oak barrels for 10 months. This, along with the long maceration period of 17 days, gives the wine its distinctive character. Strong tannins compete with aromas of dark fruits. - Dark in the glass, dark in the taste.
