Three Vines Rosé
A cuvée composed each year anew from the grape varieties Portugieser, Lemberger and Pinot Noir.
The goal is a fruity, fresh summer rosé with a delicate fruit sweetness, full in aroma and flavor, but light in alcohol content.
To do this, all components are first fermented separately before being combined to create an appealing combination of grassy, fresh and fully ripe, fruity aromas and flavors reminiscent of strawberries and apples.
The crisp fruit acids and fresh carbon dioxide enliven the finish of the wine and leave you wanting more...
