More about wine
Müller-Thurgau was the most important white wine grape variety in Germany from the 1970s to the 1990s until it was (again) replaced by Riesling.
Like the wines of this variety in general, the Müller-Thurgau from Kimich is relatively low in acidity, but light and drinkable.
It has a light apricot aroma, and you can almost detect a hint of nutmeg. A subtle residual sweetness lends it a sweet touch.
It can (and should) be drunk young.
