The bouquet offers hints of exotic fruits, such as mango and lychee, as well as a clear citrus note. On the palate, with 13% alcohol, it's a bit heavy and textured, yet still very fresh and clear, with exotic qualities. Crispness and clarity of fruit and acidity are prominent. It's perfect as an aperitif or with fish and poultry. Matured on the lees for 9 months.
