This organically grown Riesling matures on fine lees for nine months before bottling. Its bouquet is dominated by citrus and floral notes, while the palate is dominated by fresh and crisp aromas of candied lemon and grapefruit – and, as befits a proper Riesling, there's also plenty of minerality.
