Riesling Grand Cru Eichberg
Charles Baur's Grand Cru Eichberg Riesling, an organic white wine from Alsace, captivates with aromas of citrus, pineapple, and yellow stone fruits. On the palate, it presents itself fresh with a fine structure and a silky finish after nine months of lees aging. 95 points from Wine Enthusiast 2020.

Grand Cru Eichberg is a "Grande Lage" (Grand Cru vineyard) whose vines grow at the foot of the Vosges Mountains on gently sloping limestone marl slopes facing southeast. The wines from this growing region, characterized by a dry and warm microclimate, are characterized by great opulence and fruitiness.
The Eichberg Riesling, vinified by Charles Baur, displays concentrated aromas of citrus, pineapple, and yellow stone fruits; drunk young, it is fresh and crisp on the palate; with some ageing, it unfolds its very special character with a fine structure and a particularly silky finish.
Like all Baur wines, it is aged on the lees for a long time (9 months) and is certified organic.
95 points says the "Wine Enthusiast" 2020.
