In the glass, it is vibrant yellow-green. It has a somewhat subdued aroma of crushed stones, meadow flowers, and apple, but unfolds on the palate with lemony freshness and a robust structure. The long finish is bone-dry and elegant.
Before bottling, it matured for 9 months on fine yeast. Uncomplicated Sylvaner with clarity and polish - certified organic.
