Pinot Blanc Kabinett

The Ferd. Julius Kimich winery, founded in 1758, is an 8th-generation family business (now managed by the Arnold family, who are part of the family).

Currently, the winery is converting to organic viticulture.

The estate's Pinot Blanc has aromas of apples, pears, lemon, herbs, and a light floral note; on the palate, it is crisp and moderately full-bodied.

The finish is rather restrained.
